Fantastic Stay at a BEAUTIFUL Hotel!

I really enjoyed the central location, made walking to many restaurants and the ancient city center easy. The staff was friendly and cute, always willing to help. My room was spacious and Super clean, with a comfortable sofa, comfortable beds, and air conditioning.
The WiFi was a little weak, especially when I needed it for work.

The food at the pool was very good. Breakfast had an extensive selection, including options for personalized juices and eggs. The rooftop bar and pool area offered a great array of food and beverage choices at very reasonable prices.

Staff greeted us promptly and courteously upon arrival. The staff was always happy to help with anything they could. They left a bottle of Cava when they heard it was a birthday trip. It was a nice touch.

The breakfast was good, with a great selection. The egg chef was really good, I must say. The location is central, that is close to many attractions. The interior courtyard design included nice seating options throughout the hotel.
I think the staff wasn't always consistent. One day I got towels at spa, the day after they told me to go to reception for it. The room wasn't provide with robes. I do think it's a standard.

I found the staff kind and quick to help. the pool and bar were excellent. I really enjoyed the atmosphere. they even made a great mui thai cocktail, it was delicious and refreshing after a day in the sun.
i noticed the gym was a bit small, and sometimes it was crowded during peak hours.

The room had some issues. the shower leaked a lot, so after each shower, the floor got wet (it was annoying to always wipe it up). also, the sound insulation wasn't great. I could hear noises from the hallway and neighboring rooms, like when someone used the shower or toilet, pretty disturbing.

This hotel have a very central location near many restaurants. the staff are friendly and helpful. the beds are comfortable. the minibar included some free drinks. It.
the pool wasnt heated enough and it was a little cold for a swim. i needed some towels from the pool and had to get them from my room.

the hotel have a central location, around a ten minute walk to the center. the cathedral is about fifteen minutes away by foot. airport transfer take around 10 to 15 minutes, costing about €20.
